Information covered by this notice
When a business submits a pilot request, DGP may receive the business and contact names, business email, primary market, store count, selected customer actions, website or store profile, and the request description.
The form may also record its source page, referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign. Standard server security logs may contain an IP address, browser information and request time.
Do not use the pilot form to send payment card details, identity documents, passwords, confidential credentials or sensitive personal information.
Why DGP uses the information
- Assess whether the requested market, store type and customer journey fit the proposed pilot.
- Reply to the named contact, clarify scope and prepare a written proposal.
- Maintain a record of the request and any later commercial discussion.
- Measure which campaigns generate legitimate business enquiries.
- Protect the website and sales channel from spam, abuse and security incidents.
Submitting a pilot request does not create a paid order. A price, currency, payment method, delivery schedule and acceptance criteria require separate written confirmation.
Storage, access and disclosure
Contact and request fields stored by the inquiry service are encrypted in application storage. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information to operate the website, deliver email, review the enquiry or secure the service.
DGP may disclose information where required to comply with law, protect legal rights or respond to a valid authority request. DGP does not sell pilot-request contact details.
DGP is based in China. Information submitted from another country may therefore be processed in China and in locations used by DGP's hosting or email providers.
Retention and choices
DGP keeps enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to review the request, manage a resulting business relationship, maintain security records and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Information may be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
To request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent for further enquiry-related contact, email jinyu.lau@outlook.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, dispute handling or legal obligations.
